Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love.

Finding a life you will love

If you jump out of bed in the morning, excited about your day, ready to do your work in the world, then congratulations, you have made it to the 20% of us who happy and fulfilled in your what you do. But there is a large percentage of us, most surveys say around 80%, that are unsatisfied in our jobs. That is a lot of unhappy people!

"But I am good at what I do" I hear you say... I am sure you are, but does it make you happy?

As we went though our early careers most of us were doing what we were 'supposed' to be doing or whatever we had fallen into, and prior to 40 we got away with that right? But then, a rumbling from deep inside starts banging on the stomach walls. You know that feeling, sometimes subtle, sometimes like a kick. That is what we will work on together, finding out what it is that you are passionate about. I wouldn't be doing this if I hadn't experienced the transformation for myself. Clarity on what it is I love to do.

I know you probably don't know what you want right now. That is why we have hunted down the best psychological career assessment available and offer it to you at a hugely discounted rate.  We want you to get started, open the door of possibilities. Taking, even just these small actions will be exciting. It's courageous, but if you have ever met someone who loves what they do, you will know the journey is worth it.

My Journey

Hi,

I'm  Alister

In the 35+ years I have been working I have certainly done some great things. But, there has also been many times that I felt out of integrity with myself in the work I was doing. Every part of me screaming, I don't want to do this, I don't want to do this, but somehow finding inside myself to do it anyway.

It took me a while to learn that it was making me sick, I was constantly stressed, irritable and not a good partner and father. Most important was that constant wondering of what the point was, why am I doing this, maybe just feeling lost.

With the help of some great guides, doing the assessment I am offering you today and fair amount of soul searching I figured out what I loved to do, and that is to help people be the best version of themselves.

I currently run a weekly men's circle and work with the Mankind Project to help men find themselves. I have gone back to Uni and am studying to become a counsellor and I am helping as many people as I can find what it is they are passionate about.

I am looking forward to working with you too.
